The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We, therefore, process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions. (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Definition

According to the definition, “personal data“ is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Generating

Our website uses a web analysis tool. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to our server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser in a way that no cookies are saved.

Your data will not be passed on to any third party.

Your IP addess is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized. As a result, only a rough localization is possible.

The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provosions of §96 Paragraph 3 TKG as well as of Art.6 Paragraph 1 lit a (Consent) and / or f (Legitimate Interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern – according to the spirit oft he DSGVO (Legitimate Interest) - is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is kept for up to 12 months.

  

Use of Data

We use the data you provide only for the purposes communicated to us, unless the use is directly related to the original purpose, or takes place on the basis of legal obligations or official or judicial orders, to justify or protect legal claims or to prevent lawsuits,or the prevention of abuse or other illegal activities.

Your data will, of course, neither be passed on to third parties nor used for any other puroses.

Your Rights


In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability. revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
