A reservation is only considered to be fixed once it has been made in writing and has been confirmed by us.
Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up to one month before the day of arrival.

From one month to 15 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

From 2 weeks to 8 days before the day of arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged.

From 7 days before the day of arrival and no-show, 90% of the total amount will be charged.
